SPC Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Hartsville team as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager and make an immediate impact within our organization.
In your initial 12 months as the Commercial Lending Relationship Manager, you will:
Deliver outstanding service in alignment with the Credit Union's values:

Ensure that the sales and service goals as established by the credit union are met.
Demonstrate enthusiastic support of the corporate mission, core values and long-term objectives.
Performs job duties within our by-laws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards and our work procedures.
Ensure the department remains in compliance with all applicable Federal, State regulations and credit union member business policies and procedures.
Ensure all activities within the department are carried out within prescribed time frames and with zero unresolved errors.
Pursue, develop, and maintain member business opportunities that result in additional productive business activity.
Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Help maintain a cohesive, highly trained, motivated staff sufficient to meet daily department demands.
Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to all members and associates.

Working with the support of our lending team, you will grow to become a critical part of the Credit Union! Knowledge and Skills:
A college degree Five to ten years of similar or related experience Strong analytical skills for credit and risk assessment Excellent verbal and written skills
